If you are passionate about any art form, you need to follow Fusion LA. If you are even remotely a person who enjoys art, you need to follow Fusion LA. You should already know that Fusion LA is a festival organization that works passionately to provide a sensory overload of an experience to its audience. They achieve this blessing of the five senses by bringing together some of LA’s talented artist. I mean food vendors, photographers, artists and musicians. You would walk in to their latest event and be welcomed by the aroma of street tacos, hear the amazing talent on stage, see the stunning visuals and feel those damn good PA’s hit your chest. These hard workers who put this event together don’t plan to stop, so you need to follow Fusion LA.

Fusion LA is operated by Cesar Gandara and Jane Raagas. This unstoppable force is determined to bring some of the best experiences to LA. I have met the two and one thing is for certain: their work ethic is admirable. The point of throwing this event is to bring together a piece of LA’s art community and to unite these artists so they grow together and support one another. With a mind like Gandara who has much experience in the community, one cannot doubt his passion and expertise. Gandara also plays in Octave Bleu, a mesmerizing jazz piece that can be found here.

Raagas, who goes by the moniker Eerie Jane, is a creative artist herself and her ability to manifest a truly satisfying experience is evident through her work. She occasionally plays to audiences around LA. Her next show lands on March 13 at the DBA256. If you are interested in the ethereal and moving work of Eerie Jane, she has an interview here and her Instagram is here.

If you are just a fan of music and love going to gigs, why not go to the next Fusion LA and watch these artists grow and maybe you yourself with them. What is so great about this kind of show is that the audience member does not have to settle with just being someone in the crowd. The learning musician can make so many connections here, the talented painter can have a floor to showcase their work and the growing band can have a stage to play on. Fusion LA is important for the growth of the art community. They have a website you can visit and an Instagram you can follow!
